Marianne has practiced corporate real estate and brokerage for the last 20 years. As a CCIM she is skilled in the evaluation and financial implications of various methods of acquisition and disposition, and demographic and economic data. Marianne has successfully completed numerous investment transactions, market expansions and disposition plans for publicly traded national corporations and retailers. She has also been a principal in a Seattle based general receiver firm, where, with her partners, she assisted numerous banks with disposition strategies for distressed real estate assets.
Based in Seattle, Washington, Marianne owns Real Estate Strategies NW, LLC, A KW Commercial Affiliate, and is a Strategic Partner with Sands Investment Group, Santa Monica, CA specializing in net leased and investment properties.
Marianne is a Licensed Broker in Washington and Oregon, creating strategies for investment property acquisitions and dispositions.
